Inspection
In the manufacturing process, it is to determine whether an individual item is good or defect, ot whether its lot is acceptable or rejectable. The determination of good or bad is based on both the measurements performed for each item to be handled using various kinds of methods and the criteria for judgement. As the figure shows, the inspections made in the manufacturing process are mainly classified into four:
