When the work which is usually performed in a process can be done in another process, the latter process is called Alternative Process. Such alternative process is often used when an overload occurs in a process. The alternative process may be a subcontractor, which is also handled as an Alternative Process. The labor hours when the alternative process is used as well as the alternative process number and other data are set as this process information.
