GT Shop, Job Flow
GT Shop is a form of process setup, is also called job flow. It is a process or shop which is set up according to a flow created by analyzing a job flow and grouping the similar jobs. In order to implement the flow, repeated production by groups of jobs and sizing the production amount to some level are required. The control of flow as a job comes to be easily done, but machine and equipment with the same function as the job are distributed. The order of inputting cannot be that of outputting because the work time of each job in machine or equipment is different from each other.
