Maximum Capacity
It refers to the ability to enable a process to maximize its potential, and is usually expressed by "hours". There are two ways to set it: it is set by acceptable overtime hours, expressing e.g., "I can accept overtime up to ** hours a day" ; it is set by excessive load tolerance, expressing e.g., "a ** percent increase over the standard"
