Paper Lead Time
It is a period ranging from presenting the sales plan from giving actual manufacturing instructions or issuing the order. During this period, the coordination with the sales division, the consideration of the production capacity, the production and materials planning, and etc. are performed. These activities are carried out on the desk, and thus the period required for them is called Paper Lead Time.
