Slack Time Factor
It is a factor used to sequence operations in the work scheduling. This method originates from the idea where work should be performed in the ascending order of slack according to the calculated the slack days of an order. The factor which such slack is reflected in is a slack time factor, and is expressed by the following formula:

Slack Time Factor = Manufacturing Order Delivery Date - Current Date - Total Number of Remaining Working Days / Total Number of Remaining Works
