Set Capacity
It refers to the capacity which is set in the relationships with capacity (standard or maximum) and load, and is usually expressed by "hour". When various sizes of load is put on each process with standard capacity, the person in charge of planning tries to equalize the load to complete the work within the standard capacity by adjusting the load. But, if unable to do so, he/she has to adjust the capacity and prepare the above-standard capacity. In order to adjust the capacity, the number of workers and the amount of overwork are increased or decreased. The capacity set after load or capacity is adjusted is called Set Capacity.
