Schedule Plan
Since the production control system in a factory needs various planning functions, various schedules necessary for the production activities of each plan are made. For example, the product-level plans are made through the production planning, the plans of parts and raw materials are made through the material planning, the plans for vendors or suppliers are made through the purchasing planning, and the plans by process and workers are made through the manufacturing planning. These plans are usually called Schedule Plan, and it divides into three by the period and how detailed the plan is: Large Schedule Plan, Middle Schedule Plan, Small Schedule Plan.
