De-expedite
De-expedite
It is a recommendation to be made by MRP, and is used to de-expedite the delivery date of the order whose logistics is already made for some reason. For example, when 20 job orders of Product Z in Period 3 are cancelled for the plan of Part a, the total requirements of Part a in Period 3 would be 15, and 50 released orders in Period 5 don't have to be in Period 5. This is why 22 available stocks in Period 4 can cover the total requirements of 19 in Period 5. Thus it is more timely to change the delivery date of 50 job orders in Period 5 to Period 6. In this way, the recommendation to de-expedite the delivery date of released orders or works in process referrs to as De-expedite.
