Job Order Production Planning

It refers to the production plan in a make-to-order form. In this plan, a final assembly schedule by line is made for the job order whose main process's capacity and main material's logistics was confirmed, based to which the schedule data is taken over to the material plan for all items except for the items whose logistics was already done. In the case of Parts Oriented Production System, after a final assembly schedule is made, the production planning for necessary assemblies and subassemblies is performed while referring to Final Assembly Bill of Materials, and then the allocation to policy inventory items is performed.
