Job Shop
It is a form of facility setup, and is also called Arrangement by Function. This refers to the process or shop which is set up by grouping machine and facilities with the same kind of function or performance. This makes the control of functions and single work easier, while it makes the control of whole the job more difficult because processes producing products, assemblies, and parts have less similar items, and more manufacturing lead time is required in each work (job).
