Control Chart
Control Chart
Quality Control Chart is just simply called Control Chart for short, which is a tool to easily and economically get information about the group to which the product belongs by checking such characteristics as its size, hardness, damage, yield rate. The purpose of Control Chart is to maintain the production conditions in stable or statistical control ones. In this method, thus, the upper and lower control limits are set, and whether the control status is within the range between the upper and lower limits, meaning a stable status, or it is out of the range, meaning an abnormal status is distinguished. The Control Chart is divided by the quality characteristics to be controlled, as shown in the figure.
