Order Control
While responding to customers' inquiries, the company usually receives actual orders, determines its delivery date and quantity, and issues job orders according to the customer orders. A production plan is performed for the issued job orders, and the plan is maintained by the time when the product is completed and put in the delivery stage. In addition, looking at the aspect of an organization, most of companies have its production division and sales division independently, enabling each division to focus on producing works and selling activities, respectively. The customer orders are sent as an inquiry or job order from the sales division to the production division, while the production division responses to the inquiries about the production status or job orders in a form of delivering the products.
